Shipping And Payment Policy

1.     INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

All capitalized terms that have not been specifically defined herein shall have the same meaning as provided under the Terms of Use. Definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural and shall be interpreted to be gender neutral.

2.     PLACING AN ORDER

This Shipping and Payment Policy governs all commercial transactions between You and the Company. By placing an order on the Site or at select third party retail locations, you are agreeing to the Terms and Shipping and Payment policy published on the website.

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the Site or at select third party retail locations. Once you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. Here you will be asked for the address and other contact information as well as payment related information.

Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the third party payment service provider. Once the payment is received by Us, We shall check product availability and send confirmation of order to You. At this stage the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter, your products will be shipped on completion of logistics operations related to the same.

3.     PAYMENT OPTIONS

The following third party payment methods are currently available:

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select Pin Codes.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (found on the reverse side of the card) when you make your online transactions via your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

4.     SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping across India if the cart value of your Order is above INR 400 including taxes to all the pincodes serviced by our logistics partners. A Nominal Fee of Rs. 60-100 will be charged on orders below the cart value of INR 400.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.  We also offer COD (cash on delivery) facility for locations pre-approved for COD facility by our logistics partners.

Shipping cost will be mentioned at the time of checkout. If the order is inclusive of the shipping charges, it will show as included or else it will show the amount chargeable in addition for shipping. Shipping cost is subject to change as per Our discretion.

We work with multiple logistics partners to make sure order reaches you in the fastest possible time. All our logistics partners are reputed and reliable. Please note that We do not currently ship internationally.

5.     DELIVERY TIME

We endeavour to deliver the products to you within a span of 2-7 business days from the receipt of order and payment, as per the address for delivery, but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. By placing the order from Our Site you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concern regarding their services.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner due to unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic or other government restrictions and only guarantee to hand over the order to the logistics partner within 3 business days from the date of the order confirmation. There will be no refunds if your package is delayed due to our logistics partners.

6.     ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be provided once the Order is shipped. You may track the status of your Order online with the said Tracking number.

7.     CANCELLATION

Orders once placed can only be cancelled if their shipping is awaited. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please reach out to us at helpme@drinkelixir.in .

Orders cancelled shall be eligible for 100% refund and refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product, due to any reason at our sole discretion. This shall apply irrespective of order being confirmed or payment been received by Us. In all such cases, orders cancelled shall be eligible for 100% refund and refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days.

8.     RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We aim to deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. We take stringent measures to ensure that the Orders delivered are in perfect condition. However, there may a remote possibility of the product damaged during transit or wrong product being delivered. Please do not accept an Order that shows signs of damage in transit.

Our return or exchange section applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered at no extra cost. This section does not apply if the product seal is opened by you. Goods once accepted shall not be taken back unless they are found to be defective as per Our quality standards. Quality assessment in such cases will be done by Us and nobody else.

All refund and replacement requests must be made at helpme@drinkelixir.in within 48 hours of receiving the order mentioning the Order Number and Reason(s) of Return/Exchange, proof of product being damaged or incorrectly delivered. We shall revert to you on your request within 3 business days.

We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for Return/Exchange without our confirmation. In Case the returned product does not follow the above mentioned process, it shall be considered ineligible for return and package so received shall be sent back to you. We have the absolute discretion to decide whether the product is eligible for return or not, You shall not dispute the same and accept the decision of the Company.

In case of non-availability of the product or non-shipping of the product, firstly will try to give You the best possible alternatives, but if You are not satisfied with the alternatives provided to you, 100% refund will be provided to You within 7 business days from receipt of your order or return/exchange request.

If the order has been paid for by credit card, then we will reverse the payment. In case of cash on delivery or bank deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in Your registered name.

9.     SECURITY

Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with the Site is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect You against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by Us and is not taken by Us. This information is taken directly by the third party payment service provider who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

10.  PRODUCTS THAT MIGHT BE OUT OF STOCK

We strive to replenish stocks and keep our products available on our Site for sale and dispatch. However, in case the product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order as per your convenience.
